Integrated Branding Guide: Coffee Shop

I created a coffee shop brand identity that reimagines the café experience through mushroom-based coffee—crafted to provide natural, longer-lasting energy. My design choices were grounded in this mission: earthy tones and organic forms to highlight wellness, a clean and modern logo to signal trust, and copy that speaks to balance and sustainability. Every element—from color palette to brand voice—was intentionally shaped to capture the essence of a holistic, energizing coffee experience.

Rebranding and Campaign

For this campaign, I rebranded a local used bookstore by developing a refreshed logo and visual identity that aligned with both their branding and the unique products they sell. The new logo included a custom badge icon, designed to be minimalist. I focused on creating something easily recognizable while still carrying charm. To showcase the rebrand, I applied the designs across campaign materials using free mockups, bringing the bookstore’s new identity to life in a professional and engaging way. This campaign was created with the intent to invite readers into the world of books.

ADDY Award Winning: Grid Love

This publication was created as an exploration of typography—pushing type beyond communication into art and abstraction. Through this project, I experimented with how letterforms can be stretched, reimagined, and transformed to create both meaning and visual impact. The piece received three awards: the West Michigan Gold ADDY Award, West Michigan Best of Show ADDY Award, and District Silver ADDY Award. This work deepened my understanding of typography’s power—not only to convey words, but to bring abstract imagery and creative expression to life.
